The Data eXchange Controller (DXC) is a light software that provides security and privacy by enabling peer-to-peer secure exchange of data between the data provider and the data consumer. It is a prerequisite for selling data on DataBroker.global and data marketplaces from DataBroker partners.
Syncing your DXC
To use the services that Data eXchange Controller (DXC) provides first you need to sync the DXC with your credentials with "Account_id" and "DXC key".
Mapping your datasource
After syncing with DXC go to Data Sources and fill the required fields for the type of data you want to map and click on map data source button.
The Data eXchange Controller (DXC) is available for various Intel and ARM platforms, it can be compiled as a binary and run as is, or it can be run inside a Docker container. It is an ultra-light software which is really low on resource requirement. That allows it to run on devices as small as IoT sensors or PLC devices to as large as high end server class computers. DXC also offers a file browser for easy local file management. The development team is agile and within practical limitations, remains open to do any custom development required for enabling a particular data provider.
