The service provider originally requested access to the EDI Global Equity Corporate Actions Service as a secondary source to its existing supplier ICE.
Over a period of time, the global service provider was very satisfied with the data content, quality and support
offered by EDI.
Subsequently, the service provider upgraded EDI to its primary source for global equity corporate actions and expanded its data content from EDI to cover Fixed Income terms and conditions and corporate actions data, Global End of Day Prices and Index Constituent data.
The drive to increase its reliance on EDI was a result of the quality of data, service, flexible usage rights and extremely competitive price point.
