  • How do I create an account?

    Creating an account is straightforward: to get started, simply complete your first and last name, your professional email address and your company name, tell us a bit about your industry and role, choose a password, and your account is created.

    Once you have created an account, you have full access to all the features of the Databroker marketplace, e.g. buying (and selling) data, contacting a data provider, using our DataMatch service and more.
     
  • How do I sign in?

    The Sign in link is visible on most pages across the marketplace. Simply click this, and enter your login details.

    If you haven’t signed in and try to perform an action such as buying data or contacting a data provider, you’ll be prompted to sign in.
     
  • How do I invite someone to join my company account?

    If you are the account administrator for your company, i.e. you have created the first account for the company, and you want to invite colleagues to join the company account, you can do this via the Account and profile info section of your account.

    When you click ‘Invite users’, an email will be sent to these recipients, inviting them to register on Databroker. They will then be linked to your account and have the same privileges but will not be able to invite other users or remove your account.

    As account administrator, you can withdraw the access of each invited user at any time.
     
  • Can I update my company details after I’ve created an account?

    Once the account has been created, the company name can no longer be changed. Other details can be edited via the Company profile section of your account.
     
  • How do I delete or deactivate my account?

    You can deactivate your Databroker account at any time. To do so, please contact us.
     
  • How do I reset my password?

    If you need to reset the password for your Databroker account, you can do so by clicking Sign in at the top right of the screen and then ‘Forgot your password?’. Enter the email address associated with your account and we’ll send you a link to reset your password.

 

  • How do I subscribe/unsubscribe from NewsBytes?

    You can sign up for our NewsBytes by clicking the link you’ll find in the footer of the website. You can unsubscribe at any time via a link in the NewsBytes email you’ll receive.
